Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
All products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure they are not damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately as it could be a result of mishandling by the shipping carrier.
All packages are insured with standard $100 shipping insurance. We may require photos of the item(s) and the shipping box/label to submit your claim to the shipping carrier- please contact us prior to discarding the box/label and any packaging your item came with should you notice any damages.
Warranty
Frames
All racquet frames are covered under a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase for legitimate manufacturing defects. Warranty claims may be subject to physical inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, modifications, or misuse. Ricochet Sports reserves the right to only accept under warranty frames that are deemed to be damaged through genuine manufacturing defects. To be eligible for warranty assessment, the strings must not be cut prior to submitting your claim and must have the hologram visible on the frame.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer/claimer. Warranty claims that require a physical inspection of the frame must be shipped to our offices for inspection in an appropriate shipping box at the buyer/claimer's expense. Should the racquet need to be shipped back to the buyer/claimer, the shipping fee will also be the responsibility of the buyer/claimer.

Other items
All other items such as bags, apparel, accessories, etc. will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to see if your item qualifies for warranty.
